Closed two emergency calls the first weekend.
Bought it on a Friday afternoon, had it on the line by 6 PM. Saturday morning we got a burst-pipe call at 7:14 AM that would have hit voicemail before — RingDesk transferred it to me in five seconds. Same weekend, an after-hours water heater swap. Two jobs paid for the year.

First time we survived a heat wave without dispatcher overload.
July hits and our phones blow up. Used to put our dispatcher on overtime + temp staffing. RingDesk handled the surge — same answer time on the 200th call as the 1st. We added zero head count.

Booking rate jumped from 38% to 61% in 30 days.
Same lead volume, almost double the bookings. Most of it was just answering — calls that used to go to voicemail are now becoming jobs. The price-book accuracy was the unexpected win, customers commit on the call instead of "let me think."

Setup was honestly an afternoon.
I was bracing for a 2-week implementation. Took an afternoon to onboard, by the end of the day calls were routing through it. Spent the next week tuning the emergency keywords and the route-based scheduling. Smooth.

The Spanish handling was the deciding factor.
Half my market is Spanish-speaking and our last service had a separate Spanish line that was always behind. RingDesk just switches mid-sentence, same voice, no menu prompt. Closed three Spanish-only calls the first week that previously would have hung up.

Solid for emergencies, still tuning the qualification flow.
Lockout calls route to my cell flawlessly. The qualification flow for non-emergency stuff (rekey quotes, new install consults) took some tuning to get the questions in the right order — week 2 it's where we want it. Knock a star off because the initial flow needed more work than I expected, otherwise great.

Storm season went from a nightmare to a known quantity.
Last hurricane season we were taking 80 calls a day for two weeks straight. Could not keep up. This time we passed every overflow call to RingDesk — every single one got qualified, summarized, and put on the schedule for the right tech. We did 30% more revenue with the same crew.

The audit trail saved a customer dispute last month.
Customer claimed we quoted them $89 when our actual quote was $189. Pulled the call recording from the dashboard in 30 seconds, played it back. Saved the relationship and prevented a chargeback. Worth the subscription on its own.
