RingDesk collects account details, configuration, call metadata, transcripts, recordings when enabled, support messages, and billing data needed to run the service.
We use this data to answer calls, route leads, book appointments, operate billing, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and provide support. We do not sell customer call data.
We share data with service providers that operate RingDesk, including hosting, email delivery, telephony, AI voice/transcription, analytics, calendar, and payment vendors.
Customers can request export, correction, or deletion from the account settings or by emailing hello@getringdesk.com.
