Terms of Service

RingDesk provides AI receptionist software for service businesses. You are responsible for your account configuration, legal compliance for your calls, and caller disclosures required in your market.

Trials run for seven days unless a different written agreement applies. Paid plans are month-to-month and billed through Stripe. Usage over included minutes may be metered when billing is connected.

You may not use RingDesk for unlawful calls, emergency dispatch without human backup, spam, harassment, credential collection, or regulated advice that your account is not configured to handle.
