How natural does it sound?

Listen to the scenario gallery on the homepage — six real call types rendered by the same voice provider used in production. Filler words, natural pacing, interruptions, regional vocabulary. Most callers experience it as a slightly clipped human.

What if they ask?

You decide. Default behavior is "I'm the virtual receptionist for [Shop Name]" if directly asked. Some customers prefer "I'm Sarah from [Shop Name]" — both are options. Tone-detected frustration always escalates to a human.
